Refund Policy
Coffee and Accessory Returns:
We pay for shipping if you are not completely in love with whatever you purchase from us. If you're not completely enamored with whatever you bought from us, please call us at 630-457-4458 and request a refund. We'll ship you a return label and upon receiving your returned product we will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the product.
Once we receive your return package it will be inspected and a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued. Also, please be sure to package the item in the same way you received it. If you'd like to use your own shipping method to return the item please make sure to insure it for the value of the refund you are expecting. If the shipment arrives at our warehouse damaged we may not be able to give you a full refund.

Espresso Machine Returns:
We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on espresso machines. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll take it back - no questions asked. In order to return an espresso machine you need to first call us and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. Once we have received your RMA request we will send you additional details such as packing and shipping instructions.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once we receive your machine it will be inspected to ensure that the machine is in "like new" condition with no signs of abuse, misuse or missing parts, manuals, etc. and that all original packaging and shipping materials are included.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if the above conditions are not met.
